「要记」是一款个人用药提醒与复查记录工具。你的用药与健康内容仅保存在设备本地；只有在你明确同意后，我们才会通过友盟收集必要的使用统计与崩溃诊断信息，以改进 App 的稳定性与体验。
你在 App 内录入的用药、剂量、打卡记录、复查报告、检查指标、备注和报告图片等健康内容均只保存在你的设备本地，不会发送给我们或友盟。（如果你开启了 iCloud 设备备份，这些内容可能随你的系统备份保存，我们无法访问。）
经你同意后，友盟可能处理应用版本、设备型号、操作系统、语言、时区、网络状态、设备标识符、会话与使用情况；发生异常时，还可能处理崩溃时间、调用堆栈及稳定性诊断信息。这些信息仅用于统计分析和故障诊断，不用于跨 App 或网站跟踪、广告投放或广告归因。
本 App 集成友盟同欣（北京）科技有限公司提供的友盟 U-App 移动统计 SDK 与 U-APM 应用性能监控 SDK，用于使用统计及崩溃、卡顿诊断。友盟的数据处理受其隐私政策约束。本 App 不包含广告 SDK，也不会将你录入的健康内容发送给友盟。
你录入的内容保存在设备本地。你可以在 App 内删除任意记录；卸载 App 即会删除全部本地数据。友盟统计和诊断信息的保存与删除规则请参阅友盟隐私政策。
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其信息。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用并决定是否启用统计与诊断。
「要记」仅用于个人记录与提醒，不提供诊断、处方或用药调整建议；App 内显示的正常范围与提醒仅供参考，任何用药变更请遵医嘱。
如本政策有更新，我们会在本页面公布最新版本与生效日期。

YaoJi is a personal medication-reminder and checkup-record tool. Your medication and health content remains on your device. Only after you explicitly consent, we use Umeng to collect the usage analytics and crash diagnostics needed to improve app stability and experience.
The health content you enter—including medications, doses, medication logs, checkup reports, measurements, notes, and report images—is stored only on your device and is not sent to us or Umeng. (If you enable iCloud device backup, this content may be included in your system backup, which we cannot access.)
With your consent, Umeng may process the app version, device model, operating system, language, time zone, network status, device identifiers, and session and usage data. When an error occurs, it may also process crash time, stack traces, and stability diagnostics. This information is used only for analytics and troubleshooting, not for tracking across apps or websites, advertising, or advertising attribution.
The app integrates the Umeng U-App analytics SDK and U-APM performance-monitoring SDK provided by Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. for usage analytics and crash or freeze diagnostics. Umeng processes data under its own Privacy Policy. The app contains no advertising SDK and does not send the health content you enter to Umeng.
The content you enter is stored locally on your device. You can delete any record inside the app; uninstalling the app deletes all local data. Refer to Umeng’s Privacy Policy for retention and deletion of analytics and diagnostic information.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Minors should use the app and decide whether to enable analytics and diagnostics under a guardian’s guidance.
YaoJi is for personal recording and reminders only. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or dosage advice; normal ranges and reminders are for reference only. Consult your physician for any changes to your medication.
